Designing Documents DFM inspection

Check the following items of PCB design, BOM, schematic diagram, finished product assembly manual.

• Document version and last updated time
• Process: lead-free
• Clear component number and silk screen
• BOM including manufacturer's brand and part number, description, tag number
•  Confirm the PCB production process: material, board thickness, copper thickness, number of layers, surface treatment, character color and special process
• Reasonable PCB layer and panel way
• Provide the correct SMT patch file
• Perfect program burning and functional testing program
• Clear finished product assembly manual and diagram
• Other special process requirements

New product introduction

Organize sales department, engineering department, production department, purchasing department, quality department and other personnel to hold a new product introduction meeting.

• Introduce the client's project background, product application range, delivery date and special requirements in detail
• Determine internal customer number and product number
• Clarify the production batch, purchase and delivery quantity
• Assess the process difficulty and key quality control points of the project
• Clarify the procurement cycle of PCB and electronic components

PCB Manufacturing

Possess the process capability to complete 3mil line width and line spacing, multi-layer, HDI, impedance, blind buried via. 

All PCB must be 100% tested.  

SMT

Adopt Yamaha YSM10 YSM20 series high-speed automatic SMT placement machine, the precision reaches 01005
Equipped with an electric feeder to reduce the rate of throwing materials and the probability of failure warning

• Support mainstream chip types, such as QFN, SOP, SOT, TSOP, QFP, BGA, PLCC
• The maximum capacity of Ysm20 stand-alone machine is 90,000 pieces per hour
• The maximum capacity of Ysm10 stand-alone machine is 50,000 pieces per hour

Reflow Soldering

Equipped with 8 upper and lower temperature zones for reflow soldering, set the qualified furnace temperature, and test the temperature curve of the qualified corresponding products

AOI Optical Inspection

Kaijin(KJ) use the AOI optical detector to detect wrong parts, missing parts, reverse, false welding and other issues in batches. 

X-Ray PCB Inspection 

Kaijin(KJ) X-ray inspection are able to find hidden features, so as to provide great quality PCB for our customers. 

Wave soldering

• Strict work instructions
• Issue wave soldering fixtures for mass production to ensure the reliability and consistency of soldering
• Using well-known brand wave soldering
• Equipped with 4 plug-in production lines to meet the needs of mass production
• Equipped with an engraving machine, the engineering department will issue a test frame according to our customer's requirements. We are able to complete the programming and functional circuit testing (FCT) of chips.
